KOF-K has a sterling reputation for integrity and professionalism. We know that these are your priorities: confidence that we uphold the strictest laws of kashrus and trust that we maintain the highest professional standards of our industry, including an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.

In order to insure that the highest level of kashrus is achieved, the kosher certification process necessitates our being aware of all ingredients, equipment and procedures employed in the processing of your product (though in most cases, it will not be necessary to provide actual quantities of the individual ingredients used in any formula). We understand that you may have concerns about sharing your confidential and proprietary information with us. In consideration and respect of these concerns, KOF-K wishes to assure you in the following statement that any such information will be held in the strictest confidence:

KOF-K KOSHER SUPERVISION hereby commits itself to maintain completely confidential any trade secrets or other commercial information disclosed to or observed by it during its performance of such services, and to refrain from using such information for its own benefit or the benefit of any third party. Included in this confidentiality commitment are: customer or supplier identities, ingredient lists or formulas, processes or operating procedures. The said obligations shall be binding for the duration of our connection to your Company and after its termination. 

We proudly state this non-disclosure policy in all of our certification agreements and correspondences.  The KOF-K’s roster of clients, which includes Fortune 500 companies and America’s largest brand names, allow us access to this information. This should further reassure you that we will not violate your trust. Your information is secure with us.
